This year, the organization that has been chosen to benefit from the collect of " 1 ¢ at a time! " is the Club des petits déjeuners du Québec. This organization was chosen for the following reasons :

• it helps our youth;
• it is present in several regions throughout the province of Quebec;
• it has the Quebec population’s support and trust.

The mission of this organization is to serve breakfast to children at school on a daily basis. The cost to open a club in a school is somewhere around $ 6 000 and $ 8 000 and it costs about $ 15 000 to run the club during an entire school year. Each day it's 15 000 childrens who receive a breakfast with the Club. To help the organization meet kids’ needs all around the province, it is important for us to gather our efforts. Together, we are able to collect $ 28 000 000 in change! All the donations received will be given to the Club des petits déjeuners du Québec.
